Call for Thematic Workshops
The Thematic Workshops will be held as special sessions of the SIBGRAPI 2025. The purpose of these workshops is to provide an informal setting for participants to discuss their innovative work on important technical directions and to establish new collaborations. Workshops should last 3 to 6 hours and will be scheduled for September 30th to October 3rd.
Submission Process
Please submit a two to three-page proposal with the following content:
- Title.
- Area of interest.
- A brief description of the workshop’s technical issues.
- Organizing committee bios and contact information.
- Proposed format and agenda. Describe whether the format will be a round table, oral presentations, etc., and the expected agenda with details of each session.
- Procedures for selecting papers or other types of work, if applicable. The deadline for submission of works is recommended to follow the same schedule as the other SIBGRAPI workshops (see suggestion below).
- A list of audiovisual or technical requirements.
Suggested call for contributions schedule
- Deadline for the submission of abstracts/short papers to the workshops – 29/Jul
- Notification of acceptance of the submitted abstracts/short papers – 11/Aug
- Camera-ready due – 02/Sep (Hard deadline)

Proposals Evaluation Process
The chairs will evaluate the proposals’ viability and adherence to SIBGRAPI.
